Yay! I try to tell people it is harder than it looks. Laura and I go to yoga on Tuesdays. In all honesty, I can only do it with my foot braced on the wall. I'm not sure free-form is in my future. And keeping the top shoulder rolled back? Oh, man...

It's very challenging, but I love it! It required a lot of core control. I needed a block for my hand to rest on, and I'm sure that I didn't have perfect form, BUT I DID IT!!!
