Season Two of Who Wants to Be a Superhero? premiered tonight on the Sci-Fi Channel and it was hilarious!

It seems to be following the same format as last season where Stan Lee gives them instructions over a large flatscreen TV and evaluates their heroic performance. It was cool to see first season winner Feedback gathering the newly chosen heroes! I'm gonna have to buy the comic book about him when it comes out!The contestants this year are quite imaginative and are clearly having fun with it. The first challenge was for two teams of heroes to work together to deactivate a water-spewing wind machine. Then they had to interview a victim who was trying to get them to reveal secrets about themselves while dropping clues. Finally, they discovered that their supercar had been tirejacked and had to fix it, while noticing several nearby people in need and helping them. My icon is of Parthenon, the openly gay hero, whose ancient armband gives him superpowers. He did well in the first episode, as did a number of the others. My early favorites include Whip-Snap, Ms Limelight, Basura, and Lightning Strike. I'm gonna have a lot of fun watching this show :-)
