Too true. Actually, it's completely in keeping with the way many comics are still written. Is there a hero powerful enough to stamp out bad grammar? Maybe if Letterman was bitten by a radioactive spider, struck by lightning and covered with mysterious chemicals, and lived through a gamma bomb detonation, he could get a major power boost...???
