Superbowl didn't suck

We actually had fun at our not-the-superbowl party and ended up watching the game far more than expected. It turned out to be a pretty exciting and well played game. Many comments were made about butch men putting on make up and tight clothes to wrestle with each other in hopes of winning jewelry (Superbowl rings). On the commerical front, we enjoyed the previews for Iron Man and Prince Caspian. We thought that the top three commercials were the carrier pigeons being replaced by Fed Ex, Hank the Clydesdale does his Rocky impression for Budweiser, and the float balloon battle over the Coke balloon, with the screaming animal one as a close runner up.

I'm seeing a lot of people who liked the screaming animals- it just seemed so-so to me, but that's all random opinion. I did like the FedEx pigeons the most, & I'd say the Bud Light commercials, the E-trade baby, and the Tide stain thing would be my next choices.

I thought the E-trade baby was creepy. The Tide stain thing was clever. Overall, there weren't many great ones this year.
