It might be just as well for me, I'm getting a nasty reputation for Scrabulous ruthlessness. Shutting the whole game down may be my only path to redemption... ;-)
No really, that would suck. But they can get around it by redesigning the board layout and fiddling with some of the rules. Freeverse has published a Scrabble-type game for almost a decade and they've never come under fire from Hasbro (not that I know of...).
