Do you think the producers set him up to be the underdog? Austen has seemed overly forced until this week. His voice was beautiful, and I felt he finally showed some real emotion. None of the women do it for me. I'm so glad the spiritual tips one is gone. I was really offended when I heard she was leading little prayer meetings before the show. Which raises the question, should their personal lives matter? For instance, what if one of the guys is gay? Does that mean he can't play a straight lover? So, I'm being hoisted on my own pitard.
