Try uploading your itinerary to the web-based version of the database. The print options on the web interface are much better then the ones in the downloaded/cd-based application. You can then save and edit the resulting html page in word or any similar program.
I spent much of last night, until the point that my eyes hurt, reading through the database listings of presentations, and I only got through Sunday's listings.
