I totally forgot to list octopus and squid, probably because I don't like them :-) I forgot that I had crayfish when I was in New Orleans. That's right - I remember a cooking show where they had to prepare a dish using sea cucumber (which is basically a marine slug). I was originally just going to list "fish," but decided to be more specific. I knew I hadn't listed them all.
